About Lyn Levin
After starting and operating her business for several years in Pennsylvania, Lyn moved and practiced on the South Shore of Massachusetts for a few years. In 2016 she moved to Western North Carolina where she is now practicing.
“I love this work: supporting others and achieving optimum health is an uplifting, radiant way for me to live my practice. My mission helping people experience joy in their body and cultivate a tranquil mind is the key to life in harmony. Loving and honoring my clients and myself every moment creates a ripple effect which transforms all our lives.”
Lyn discovered yoga 20 years ago, balancing being a stay-at-home-mom with spiritual growth. Yoga provided far-reaching benefits that changed her life, helping her integrate family obligations with self discovery. She had more patience with herself and was better able to cope with the many ups and downs of family life, and physically felt better than she ever had.
“I truly fell in love with yoga and its teachings. My practices support me on my journey as I transition through lifes’ many changes. Discovering yoga was the beginning of my ongoing journey toward self realization and radiant wellness.”
